I was once in a group which had a bad apple. It's in a survey class, and we need to write the report after every lab. One of my group members also went late when we meet and discussed the problem. In addition, he did less in the report and most of the time, other three people of my team (include me) had to do more work.
We had no solution for that question. We talked about the puzzle with him, but he didn't get the right track.

Concrete Forest
Day after day, people run for their life.
Living in the concrete forest, searching for their truth
of life.
Everyone moves, like the ants, carry on their earns to the nest.
Everyone walks, from home to work place, just two points connects
one line. No please, no fun. For getting the enough supply for
whole family.
So, try another life, no more work, start to change.

Group Work
Group work or teamwork is one great thing that team members working or talking together to accomplish their goals. As a engineering student, i have many successful experiences for working with other people.
The most significant fact for group work is the communication. People are smart, and emotional. Therefore, communication is the best method to express their ideas. And teamwork, as the word shows, it is the way that group members to work as a whole part. So, everyone should basically talk or write their thoughts.
Because i am not a native student, i have many troubles for the first year when i study in ISU. I don't communicate very well with my team members at the some engineering class at the beginning. Then i try to speak more words to show my opinions when we have the meetings. At the second semester, as i talked more with the native students, my skill of communication went up. I could express my ideas clearly instead of speaking words for words. In conclusion, group work, depends on the talking between all of the members.

Blog for group project
I searched for some topics for our group ideas. All of my group members think about the recycling or saving resources for our daily life. Therefore, i try to find some articles about how to recycle or save water in the internet. And i find one essay which talk about the water recycling by some students in our university. And in today's class, my group decided to do some recycle and clean up in Ada Hayden Park and Peterson Pits. Well, i will try to find some historical sources for the topic.

Manifesto and The Making of a Marginal Farm
Q: What is his intent with each piece?
A: I think the author try to deliver the message that people should live a simple,free, and enjoyable life. Men in the society has always been occupied by many works. They always live or work with forces, and can not do the things with their wishes. Therefore, the author of theses writings intend to tell people that live simple, be free, and have a joyful life. Like he writes in the poem, "Hope to live in that free republic for which it stands. Love the world. Work for nothing. Be joyful, and practice resurrection". And he also expresses this idea in his essay, which is "As a child i always intended to be a former. As a young man, i gave up that intention, assuming that i could not form and do the other things i wanted to do. And then i became a farmer almost unintentionally and buy a kind of necessity".

Her audience is the public, but especially focus on the couples with babies. In this essay, she successfully draw people's attention by indicates that the top of food chain is infants. And then she shows some statistics the bad effects which breastfed cause in United States. In addition, the author writes her own sense for the contamination of the environment and talks about the organic pollution such as chloride or dioxin. I think this essay is an good example of activism-writing.

Personal Response for the Reading
The reading is mainly shows us some information about how to make life easy and meaningful. Also, we can earn some experiences about how to cite the sources from other resources. In addition, it reminds me that we should live a sustainable life around the campus.
